Students retain ownership of their writing submissions. By uploading content, you grant Writiq a limited license to store, display, and share it with teachers for educational purposes.

5. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers agree to provide fair and educational feedback. Feedback and scores are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee performance in official exams.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not upload unlawful, offensive, plagiarized, or harmful content; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt the platform.

7. Donations

The service is free of charge. Users may choose to make voluntary donations. Donations are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Writiq makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of user data. Writiq is not responsible for data loss, technical issues, inaccurate feedback, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
